Scientific outlook on development is rich in content,which is the organic unity of the premise,the value objective,the basic requirements and the fundamental methods.It is a complete scientific system and the important characteristic of the ruling partys concept.Moreover,it grasps the situation at home and abroad from a strategic height,and it is the inevitable requirement for building socialism with Chinese characteristics.To accurately understand the inherent structure of scientific outlook on development is the key to implement thoroughly scientific outlook on development,which will improve the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable economic and social development of China,and help achieve the magnificent goal of building a well-off society.
