Research on the Development of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Liaoning Province

Liaoning Province is rich in the intangible cultural heritage,but is confronted with the problems of low popularity,artistic standards in decline,lack of funds and market,and difficult transmission.The impact of contemporary pop art,weak awareness of protection,inadequate laws and regulations,and especially the changes of economic structure,contributed to the marginalization of intangible cultural heritage.The development strategy of the cultural industry of Liaoning's intangible Cultural Heritage is a major issue to which great importance should be attached.To improve Liaoning's,cultural industries of intangible cultural heritage should be implemented in five areas: strengthening the construction of communication and publicity system;training the talents of intangible culture heritage;promoting researches on the intangible cultural heritage;developing derivatives of intangible cultural heritage comprehensively;and seeking legal protection and policy support.
