Abstract
In this paper, the interaction between methyl red and heparin sodium was studied at pH=6.5 B-R buffet solution by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The position of the strongest absorbance is at 430nm.This indicates that the interaction between the two substances has led to the formation of a new complex.Under the optimized experimental conditions, there exists linearity with a wide range between the decease of absorbance and the concentetration of heparin sodium.the method has been applied to determine the potency of heparin sodium injection injection and the heparin sodium in human serum with satiafactory results.y=-0.1794x+1.3332(n=12,r=0.996) in the range of 0.10~12.0 mg ·L-1 with the detection limit of 0.073 mg ·L-1.
