Abstract
Objective To investigate the chronic suppurative otitis media of the major types of pathogens, to guide rational use of antibiotics. Methods take the middle ear secretions for aerobic pyogenic, fungal culture and drug sensitivity tests, observation of pathogens. Results 179 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media patients,216 pathogens isolated, including 103 Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa 69,18 fungi. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the region of chronic suppurative otitis media of the main pathogens, both sensitive to fluoroquinolones.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
