Suggestion on Improving the Customs Valuation Level of China Basing on the Perspective from the Trade Security and Facility

As one of three kinds of customs technology,customs valuation plays a vital role in the trade security and facility of the customs procedures.How to further enhance the level of China's customs valuation and thus achieve win-win between government and enterprise is a practical issue faced by China Customs.This paper proposes that China customs should vigorously promote the diversification of the valuation model,fully implement classified clearance reform,establish customs valuation electronic platform,optimize and innovate anti-valuation fraud mechanisms to effectively promote the development of trade security and facilitation.
