Abstract

Ethic internalizing is a process of social ethic transforming into individual ethic through the individual's consciousness. It has the characteristics of unity of others-control and self-control, stability and variety, generality and difference, stage and entirety. Therefore, in the citizen's ethic construction, we should pay attention to optimizing ethics' environment and perfecting citizens' inner ethic environment.
