Abstract

In the Symposium Commemorating the Founding of the Central Revolutionary Base and the Establishment of the Chinese Soviet Republic held on November 4,2011,Xi Jinping released an important speech and called on us to carry forward the of the Central Soviet Area.For the first time he brought forward the concept of spirit of soviet area,summed up its connotation,and explained its important value and practical meaning.This paper is aimed to interpretate the essence of this speech,so as to keep the political character of Chinese communists and promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics through carrying forward the of soviet area.
