Law of had stipulated the worker and the employer violate the legal liability which this should undertake,in which legal responsibility are the severest legal liabilities.This promulgation has had a series of influences to Criminal law ,but Criminal law is connected the content not along with it change.In order to strengthen Work Law of contract and Criminal law the communication and the fusion,by displays Criminal law fully to Work Law of contract the safeguard function,Criminal law should complete as soon as possible with Work Law of contract consummation and coordination.
