Advancing with the Times to Bring about Innovation in the Geological Prospecting System - Thoughts on the Practice in China's Metallurgy Prospecting and on Building 'Integration Types' in Geological Prospecting Institutes

The paper considers geological prospecting institutes as legal units, which operate under the principle of 'three integrations,' namely: the integration of prospecting and development; the integration of in-planned and out-planned; and the integration of economy and technology. The paper introduces specific methods for establishing 'integration types' in geological prospecting institutes and discusses the advantages. Finally, the author presents six conclusions.
