Abstract
On the basis of a thorough understanding the mechanism of Athletes Training at home and abroad and inlight of the dedand of socialist market econimic system and the patterns of development of competative sports,the author of this paper,by the methods of literature investigation,comparison and logical analysis,suugests to establish and perfect the multi-athlete training mechanism to solve the problems of insufficeincy of reserve athletes,narrow range of trainees selection,shortage of fund,and poor educational level of the athletes.
