Abstract
By means of antibiotic special identification including paper chromatography of Doskochilova solvent systems,pH chromatography and paper electrophoresis,a basic alkaline water soluble antibiotic was found in the broth of Streptomyces S90. The crude extract was extracted by macroporous adsorption resin. The antibiotic activities against Alternaria alternata showed the inhibition rates of mycelial growth and spore germination inhibition reached 82.06% and 78.80% respectively when the crude extract content was 1.6 mg / mL in medium. On the other hand, the increased conductivity of hyphal cell membrane and malonic dialdehyde were observed when increased the concentration of each treatment, however, there was no obvious effect on the chitin in hyphal cell wall.
