Abstract
In order to deal with the situation of complicated rural field condition and low success rate of electricity meter reading system through power line communication,this article introduces a design of meter reading concentrator based on one MCU,LPC1768 from hardware and software. In hardware,a flexible external storage and GPRS module,carrier module and RS485 interface were added to the system to improve the circuit reliability. A program based on two MCU structure and automatic relay algorithm was designed in software. Actual applications showed that the concentrator is reliable and strong anti-jamming,the automatic relay algorithm works well.
