Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of sufentanil on cardiovascular stress response during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 40 ASAI-II patients undergonre Laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=20):sufentanil group(S group)and fentanyl group(F group).Group S received sufentanil induction 0.6 μg/kg and maintain 0.01 μg /(kg·min),and group F with fentanyl induction 3 μg/kg and maintain 0.05ug/(kg·min).Each group was induced with midazolam 0.1mg/kg,etomidate 0.3 mg/kg,attacurium 0.8mg/kg intravenous injection and tracheal intubation.MAP,HR were recorded before induction(T1),2 min after tracheal intubation(T2),10 min after pnemoperitoneum(T3),being cholecystectomy(T4),2 min after tracheal extubation(T5).Results Compared with T1,the MAP were significant increased at T3,T5 in F group(P0.05).Blood pressure at each time point in S group were lower than that in F group(P0.05).The HR at T2,T5 showed significant incerese compared with T1 in F group(P0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil can has more depress effect on cardiovascular stress response than fentanyl during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
