Abstract
Based on the definition of weapon system effectiveness evaluation,in order to decrease the effect of man-made factors in phase array radar system effectiveness evaluation, and to increase the objectivity of evaluation,on the basis of given evaluation indices, the entropy weighting and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS) were introduced to compute the weights of indices and evaluate the system effectiveness. In the end, comparing with other method, the method of this paper is proved to be rationality.
