Abstract

The Supreme people's court judicial interpretation has virtually established a new system of discretionary evaluation of evidence in china . thus ,judges' discretion of evidence is regulated and the possible abuse of which is curtailed.The efficiency of this system is backed up by its subordinate safeguarding and supervising rules.
