Surgical Treatment Experience for Acute Perforation of Peptic Ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical feature and remedy of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the cases were undergone operation,17 patients were simple closure operation,11 were subtotal gastrectomy.26 patients had been healed but 2 were dead after active treatment.Conclusion The condition of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation is complicated,and is easy to misdiagnosis.The operation should be taken according to the patient's general status,inflammatory condition,type of ulcer and the operative condition.
