Abstract

A high Kojic acid producing Aspergillums oryzae was screened by mutagen. The results showed the optimal fermentation conditions were corn steep liquor 12%,barley root and bean powder 6%,MgSO4.7H2O 0.05%,KH2PO40.2% and pH 6.0.Under the optimal fermentation conditions, the strain produced 49.8g·mL-1 in 4 days.
