Abstract
Because of the two-component structure of vinylon-milk protein fiber cause uneven dyeing,so we dye it by reactive disperse dye.We discussed the amount of sodium sulfate,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and the pH value of dye on the impact of the percentage of stained.By comparative analysis of the percentage of stained and level dyeing property of reactive dye and disperse dye dyeing vinylon-milk protein fiber,we obtain:the percentage of stained and level dyeing property of reactive disperse dye dyeing vinylon-milk protein fiber is the best,and next is the reactive dye,the poorest is the disperse dye.By testing of color fastness,we know: the color fastness of reactive dye is the best,and next is reactive disperse dye,the poorest is the disperse dye,but they basically meet the requirement of the color fastness.
