Abstract

Calculating methods for inhibition ratio of combinations of two competitive inhibitors,two noncompetitive inhibitors,one competitive inhibitor and one noncompetitive inhibitor were derived on the basis of kinetics equation of reversible enzyme inhibitor,and the characteristics for complex inhibitors were discussed.
