Abstract

Greenhouse whitefly is one of the key pest on vegetable and flower in Tianjin greenhouse. This bioassay tested the effect of different matched group of Pyridaben and isoprocarb controlling vegetable whitefly in lab. The synergy effect of the 3%+9% matched group was the best after filtration,and the LC50 was 67.1998 mg/kg,the CTC was 125.22. The further test in greenhouse to control whitefly on cucumber indicate that effect after 1d utilized can reach to 93.23 to 97.60%,and maintain at 81.51 to 84.08% after 7 d utilized,in addition,this dosage also controlled the aphid and spider mite.
