On the Administrative Costs of the Government Administration

Administrative costs refer to the administrative resources consumed through the play of administrative power and in the process of administrative management by administrative organs and their members.This paper,based on the theory on administrative costs,analyzes the constitutional and practical reasons for the phenomenon of excessive administrative costs and puts forward some strategies to cure it.
