Abstract
To study the ultrasonic conditions and monitor the content of flavonoids in propolis, the monothetic experimental method was used to determine the best conditions for extraction of flavonoids in propolis by using ultrasonic. The anti-oxidant activity was determined by using DPPH.The optimum extract of total flavonoids was obtained under the conditions of 60℃,ratio of propolis to solvent 1:10,ethanol concentration 75% and ultrasonic extracting for 20min,continuous 2 time. With the optimized technology, the content of total flavonoids in the final product was 5.046mg/g.Extraction of propolis flavonoids dilution(multiple 100 diluted solution) has the same anti-oxidant activity with the same concentration VC.Propolis has a bright future for antioxidant exploitation.
