Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of applying OSCE to graduation examination in nursing baccalaureate program and promote examination reformation of higher nursing education.Method:65 nursing students were selected as the study population.9 examination stations were designed,3 of them are SP stations, others are non-SP stations. The score of the examination was analyzed and the students’ attitude about the OSCE was investigated. Results:The average score of OSCE is 81.04±3.99.The overall difficulty coefficient is 0.81 and Cronbach’s alpha is 0.705.The correlation between the score of OSCE and 5 of main nursing courses is significant. Conclusion:Application of OSCE to graduation examination in nursing baccalaureate program is an effective assessment method.
