Abstract

The reverse osmosis technology is a kind of advanced liquid separation technology. It has widely used in many fields,and has many advantages,such as easily operating,low energy consumption and no secondary pollution. In this paper, the principle and characteristics of the reverse osmosis technology were discussed, its application in different production fields was introduced, and research emphases and development tendency of the reverse osmosis technology were analyzed.
