Study on Causes of Problematic Bank Loans by the Universities in China and Their Solution

This paper analyses the current situations of the bank loans by the universities in China.Based on exploring the causes of the problem loans,it points out that the solutions depend on the jointly efforts made by the governments,the banks and the universities themselves.In dealing with the problem loans,both the emergent need faced by the universities and the future systematic innovation in universities financing must be considered comprehensively.
