On the Exploration and Method of Introducing Enterprise Training Mode into the College Teaching Practice

In this paper,field-grade education reform issues in project implementation initial results.Project through the construction of school-enterprise cooperation Huawei modern communications laboratory,to explore new practical teaching model,the enterprise moved forward into the pre-job training model experimental teaching university.Huawei and ZTE partner for the enterprise software debugging engineers,transportation professionals,to improve our school communication,and network of professional employment rate while ensuring the quality of student employment.
