Abstract
The operating risk,equivalent to credit risk and market risk,has become one of the three risks of banking and how to operate risk management has become a highlighted issue discussed by academe and business circles.This paper reviews the definition and judgment of operating risk based on the New Basel Capital Accord and proposes corresponding management strategy of operating risk.
