Abstract
Angiopoietin-like protein 4( ANGPTL4) as a fat factor involves in many metabolic and nonmetabolic process, including the maintenance of internal environment homeostasis, wound repair, tumorigenesis, angiogenesis, and so on. But now the intracellular lipolytic pathway of ANGPTL4,the characterization of all the ANGPTL4-interacting partners and the intracellular signaling cascade of these interactions still remain unclear and need more extensive study. However, growing evidence has led us to evaluate the potential of targeting ANGPTL4 as a therapeutic strategy in the treatment for diabetes, wound? healing, and other diseases.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
