Abstract

The special natural geographical environment of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area has gestated an exquisite work of art in Kuizhou——Kuizhou Bamboo Song and Dance.It inherits from BA-YU Dance,and it is a form of folk songs and dances which is an integration of song、dance and music.The article mainly studies the origin and artistic characteristics of Kuizhou Bamboo Song and Dance in aspect of song、dance and music.The purpose of it is to let more people understand this Intangible Cultural Heritage——Kuizhou Bamboo Song and Dance.
