Abstract
The so called zero point problem of multivariate spline function system is mvolved to put together the piecewise algebraic curves and surfaces.In this paper,we give some concepts about piecewise,such as its initial piecewise polynomial,ascend sequence,formula for remain terms and charateristic sequence.By Wu method which is for finding algebraic varieties,we discuss how to find characteristic sequences and their zeros,and get some mechanical algorithm to compute the piecewise algebraic varieties under certain conditions.
