Abstract
Using the limit theory and the methods of integral in the mean, this paper studied persistence or extinction of a two-dimensional Lotka-Volterra predator-prey model in a small capacity and polluted environment. Some sufficient conditions on weak persistence in the mean or extinction of populations are obtained.
