Abstract

The paper put forward a novel method for determining 24 pesticide residues in wheat by gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatography,and discussed the application of gel permeation chromatography on preprocessing of pesticide residues.The recovery rate of the method was between 81.6% and 123%,RSD was between 0.6% and 8.8%,the detection limit was between 1.25 μg/kg and 12.5 μg/kg,and the linear correlation coefficient was above 0.998.
