Abstract
The towline tension means a dynamic tension during the towing process. The value of the dynamic tension is closely related to the selection of towline and the towing security.A towline dynamic tension model was set up.Checking the towline tension known in the plan by using the random simulated method of Monte-Carlo and analyzing the probability of failure present an clear assessment of the selection of towline, which can improve the safety in towing.
