Abstract
Confucian philosophy is a kind of theory about mankind.It revolved about mankind itself and researched on personal development,people's communication and the relationship between mankind and nature.Under the great background that more importance was gradually attached to the value of human life,Confucius regarded the whole mankind as a research objective and made a reasonable decision as well as a value principle that Mankind is the greatest outcome of the universe.According to that,he interpreted lots of views and propositions,which could be said to be pretty rich at that time,about human rights.Human value and human rights were two main discoveries of Confucian theory about mankind.
