Construction of IT talents training mode focused on capability training

Abstract

Based on Sino-Australian joint education project,usingAustralian advanced educational philosophy for reference,we construct IT talents training mode focused on capability training from the five aspects,such as training objectives,training pattern,curriculum,teaching methods,process evaluation system.We have achieved remarkable effects at training international compound and application-oriented IT talents.
