The Training of Comprehensive Clinical Nursing Ability among Nurses of TCM Hospital

Abstract
Objective To explore the methods to train the comprehensive clinical nursing ability among nurses of TCMhospital.Methods 65 nurses graduated from other medical colleges of western medicine were trained for a year with a comprehensive course including lecturing,self-learning,question-answering in the early morning and nursing rounding of TCM.Their comprehensive clinical nursing ability,theory of TCM and operation skills were examined and assessed before and after training.Results The post-training performances were significantly better than pre-training concerning comprehensive clinical nursing ability,theory of TCM and operation skills(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion The training of comprehensive clinical nursing ability ishelpful for the enhancement of comprehensive ability in TCM clinical nursing.
