Abstract
According to the main problems in the project cost management, the author discusses the countermeasure of the cost management of the construction enterprises in the beginning of the project construction,the construction process and the part acceptation of the construction,and points out that the project cost management is the key link that determines whether the operation of enterprises is in the benign circulation.
