ON VALUE ACCOUNTING OF ARABLE LAND IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

Abstract

Revealing the value of arable land is benefitial to arable land protection and agricultural sustainable development. The paper, taking Shandong Province as an example, considers arable land resource as eco-economic system. It analyses the factors affecting the value of arable land with Fuzzy theory and Grey system theory. The arable land value is estimated with income-time method. The result shows the value of arable land in Shandong Province.
