Abstract

Objective To research the clinical effect of the treatment of acne vulgaris through red and blue light combined with intense pulsed light. Methods A total of 90 patients with acne vulgaris were observed. 27 cases were cured with red and blue light combined with intense pulsed light,33 cases with red and blue light, and 30 cases with intense pulsed light. The efficacy of the three groups was compared after treatment. Results After comparison, difference between the group with red and blue light and with intense pulsed light was X2=0.965,P0.05;between the group with red and blue light and combined group was X2=8.34,P0.05;between the group with intense pulsed light and combined group was X2=3.986,P0.05. Conclusions Red and blue light combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne vulgaris can significantly improve the curative effect.
