Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility refers to the social obligation that corporate should undertake and carry out to other shareholders beyond the responsibility of the stockholders' profit,for sustainable development of the whole society.Corporate social responsibility has its necessity that ruled by law,Corporate Social Responsibility ruled by law is based on its character,Social Responsibility undertaken by Corporate is the requirement of the law,the change of legislation idea provides the possibility,Corporate Social Responsibility is the inherent requirement of market economy.Corporate Social Responsibility mainly includes six aspects that for employees,for consumers,for creditor,for industry,for public welfare and natural environment,so it must perfect from four aspects of legal function that is legislation,enforcement,judicature and abiding law.
