Abstract

In recent years there have appeared many anti-dumping cases against China.It is supposed that they will reach a climax in the next 10-20 years.These cases mostly came from EU and the US.This paper holds that China need take active countermeasures to cope with those anti-dumping cases,especially by maintaining the good trading relationship with those countries.
