Abstract

The onshore oilfield prediction model could not be used to predict the result of offshore oilfields , because there were many differences between them.Based on a heavy oil reservoir in Bohai Oilfield , a numerical simulation model of steam stimulation was built to discuss the relevant relationship between the recovery rate and the internal return rate with the static parameters.Potential predictive sample set are generated by the method of orthogonal design , then effect prediction models were established for cyclic steam injection recovery and internal return rate by multiple element regression.Eventually , these models are verified with the development results of a similar offshore reservoir , and they are used to predict the recovery and economic benefit of the heavy oil reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield.
