Abstract
Even as under the condition that we vigorously carry out the construction of socialist country ruled by law,civil law still has very strong vitality,and deeply affect the construction of the rule of law in our country.It has very complex reasons why the Chinese people still prefer to civil law as its own code of conduct and solving dispute and conflict,but culture psychological reasons can not be said to be the most important.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the rule of law,we must from different levels of culture-the legal concept,law-making,operation of law and the law applicability-fully think about civil law which bearing deep psychological basis.
