Analyzes the sustained growth path for the small and medium-sized enterprises and the problems that exist in the process of small and medium-sized enterprises development.After that,elaborated the advantages and mechanism of cooperation of enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises.Then the model about cooperation of enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises to promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
