Local skin flap assited VSD cure refractory wounds

Objective Discuss curative effect and influencing factor of local skin flap assisted the VSD in treatment of refractory wounds. Methods 5 cases of refractory wounds were treated by local skin flap assisted the VSD in plastic surgery of the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university Between September 2009 and January 2013,including 2 cases of radioulcer and 3 cases of sacral rear ulcer ulcer combining paraplegia. Results After local skin flap assisted the VSD,2 cases of patients were healed, 3 cases of patients were delayed union, 2 cases of sacral rear ulcer combined paraplegia with malnutrition, hypoalbuminemia, anemia,appears gap between skin flap and wound after flap plasty, epidermis and superficialdermis of distal skin flap of a a case of radioulcer with anemia were necrosis. Conclusion curative effect of local skin flap assisted the VSD in treatment of refractory wounds is certain,do intravenous albumin, blood transfusion, nutritional support when necessary, and promote wound healing.
