Abstract

Through analyzing the policy objectives of the rural vertical integrated health care delivery systems, the paper concludes the system into two models,i. e. the rural health care organizational integration model and rural health care services integration model. Based on the comparison of these two models,this paper gives several suggestions of promoting rural health care services integration under the background of new policies of Chinese health care reform,which including promotion by steps in terms of institution level,using the integration as a panel to promote central public service package at both township and village level,to take a leadership role of county department of health.
