Abstract
Graphene oxide is a new carbon material with high performance which owns a large specific surface area and abundant oxygen-containing surface groups.Herein,the preparation methods of graphene oxide are introduced and then the advance in the synthesis of graphene oxide composites are highlighted,including the synthesis,performance and application of the graphene oxide based polymer and inorganic composites.Future research is also prospected,using the novel amiable method to synthesize graphene oxide and the modification of graphene oxide will be research emphasis.
