Evolutionary Game and Its Stability Analysis on R&D Bodies of Two-Oriented Technology——Based on the Perspective of the Government and Enterprises

The enterprises need the corresponding RD support of the government because Two-Oriented technology are external and policy-oriented.Based on the government support mechanism on the Two-Oriented technologies innovation, using the basic principle of evolutionary game theory,this paper builds the evolutionary game model between the government support and the enterprises' RD strategy,and analyzes the influence factors of the game strategy options on the two sides,and explores the evolutionary stable strategy.The results show that the implementation of government policies has a significant impact on enterprises' RD behaviors on Two-Oriented technology.The enterprises' RD behavior depends on the implementation efforts of the government policy,and the government must increase punishment for false technology research and development,and guide enterprises to conduct R D through market mechanisms;the government needs scientific planning,technology market cultivation,building coordination mechanism of the government policy and enterprises' RD activities on Two-Oriented technology,to achieve the synergistic effect of the two-oriented technology innovation.
