Abstract

A teleconference system based on satellite is described in this paper.It transmits video and audio information by IBS/IDR technology and controlling information by TDM/TDMA technology.One of the key tech-nologies of teleconference system based on satellite and the network controlling technology is described in detail.It includes the teleconference network management system the multi-controller and tele-controller of teleconference based on satellite the TDM/TDMA modem of the network controlling channel and TDM/TDMA frame structure.The performance of the network controlling channel is analyzed.
