Abstract
Objective To study the distribution of the obstructive lesion of hepatic veins with Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS) in Chinese.Materials and Methods 231 cases with BCS were diagnosed by colour Dopple ultrasound,multi-slice CT,MR angiography and vasography.Every hepatic veins, accessory hepatic veins and inferior cava veins with the obstructive lesion were analyzed. Results 226 cases with hepatic vein obstruction were found. It is the most common type(83.55%) that is complex obstruction of hepatic vein and inferior cava vein. There were 33 cases(14.29%) with the single obstruction of hepatic vein.It is the least category(2.16%) that is the simple inferior cava vein obstruction. Conclusion The majority abnormality(97.84%) with BCS is the obstruction of hepatic vein in Chinese.
